- Choose one of four layouts from the thumbnails.
- Copy the signature and paste it into your email settings.
Questions
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read in your browser and stays on your device. Nothing you type is sent to a server.
Why is my photo missing in some email clients?
An uploaded photo is embedded in the signature. Some email clients block or strip embedded images. For the most reliable result, host the image online and paste its https address in the hosted image field instead.
How do I add it in Gmail?
Click Copy signature. In Gmail open Settings (the gear), choose See all settings, and stay on the General tab. Under Signature choose Create new, paste into the box, then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
How do I add it in Outlook?
Click Copy signature. In Outlook for Windows (classic) go to File, Options, Mail, then Signatures. Choose New, paste into the editing box and click OK. In new Outlook open Settings, then Accounts, then Signatures, and paste there.
How do I add it in Apple Mail?
Click Copy signature. In Mail open Settings, then Signatures, click the plus button to add one, and untick Always match my default message font. Paste into the right-hand box.
