Questions
Is my image uploaded?
No. The image is read and cropped in your browser, so it never leaves your device.
Where do the sizes come from?
Each size lists the platform page it came from and the date it was checked. The Instagram and Facebook feed sizes are Meta’s recommendation for feed ads and Pinterest’s is its recommendation for standard image ads; they are not rules for organic posts. Platforms change their guidance, so check the linked page if a post looks cropped.
Why is a platform or size missing?
Only sizes confirmed on the platform’s own help or business page are listed. For anything else use Custom size and type the width and height you need.
Why can I not open my iPhone photo?
iPhone photos are often HEIC, which browsers cannot read. Convert the photo to JPG or PNG first, or switch the camera to Most Compatible, then add it again.
Why does the result look soft?
If the part of your image you chose has fewer pixels than the target size, it has to be enlarged. The tool warns you; use a larger original or zoom out.
