Virtual background maker for Zoom, Teams and Meet

Video & media

Make a branded 1920x1080 meeting background with your name, title and logo.

Background
Your details

Most video apps draw their own name label near the bottom-left of your video, so a top corner usually stays clearer.

Output

Many video apps flip your own view like a mirror, so text looks reversed to you but not to others. The downloaded file is never mirrored.

Add your name or logo to see it on the background.

How it works

Make a virtual background for Zoom, Teams or Meet: pick a colour, pattern or your own photo, add your name and logo, and download a PNG. Free, nothing uploaded.

  1. Pick a colour, pattern or your own photo for the background.
  2. Add your name, title or company, a tagline and your logo, then choose a corner.
  3. Download the PNG and set it as your virtual background in your video app.

Questions

Is my photo or logo uploaded?

No. Images are read and drawn in your browser, so they never leave your device.

Which size should I download?

1920x1080 is the common 16:9 size and suits most setups. Pick 1280x720 if your app or webcam works at that resolution or you want a smaller file.

Why is my name text mirrored in my own video?

Many video apps mirror your self-view only, while others see the background the right way round. Use the mirror preview switch to see what you will see; the downloaded file is never mirrored.

Why is the middle of the background empty?

That is where you sit, so text there would be hidden behind you. Your details stay in a corner. The person outline in the preview is a guide and is not in the download.

How do I set it as my background?

In Zoom, Teams or Meet, open the video or background settings, choose to add an image, and select the PNG you downloaded. Menus differ by app and version.
