Is this invoice generator free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many invoices you make.

Is my business or client information uploaded?

No. The invoice is built in your browser. Your logo is read on your device and never sent anywhere. A draft is kept only in this browser.

How do I get a PDF?

Choose Download PDF, then pick "Save as PDF" as the destination in the print dialog. The text in the file can be selected and copied, and every currency symbol prints correctly.

How are the totals calculated?

Each line is quantity times unit price, rounded to the currency smallest unit. The discount comes off the subtotal, tax is added on the discounted amount, then shipping is added without tax. Check the result against your own records.

Does this give tax advice?

No. It only applies the tax rate you type. Which tax applies and what an invoice must contain depends on where you and your client are, so confirm with an accountant or your tax authority.
