How it works

Add your signature to a PDF: draw it, type it or upload a picture, drag it into place on any page and download the signed copy. Nothing is uploaded.

  1. Choose your PDF, then draw, type or upload your signature.
  2. Pick a page, add the signature (and a date if you like), then drag and resize it into place.
  3. Download the signed copy. Add more pages or stamps first if you need them.

Questions

Is my PDF or signature uploaded?

No. Your PDF and your signature are read and drawn in your browser, and nothing is sent to a server.

Is this a legally valid or digital signature?

It adds a visible picture of your signature to the page. It is not a cryptographic digital signature, so it cannot prove who signed or that the file was not changed afterwards. Whether a picture of a signature is accepted depends on the document and on where you are, so check the requirements for yours.

Why do the typed styles look different on another device?

The typed styles use handwriting-style fonts already installed on your device, and nothing is downloaded. Which fonts exist varies by system, so the look can differ. Drawn and uploaded signatures look the same everywhere.

Can I sign several pages?

Yes. Go to a page, add the signature (or a date), and repeat on other pages. Every stamp can be moved, resized or removed before you download.

What about a PDF that is password-protected or already signed?

Password-protected PDFs are not supported. If your PDF already carries a digital signature, saving a new copy changes the file and that signature may no longer validate.
